Summer ReadinSummer Reading BINGO at RMS

RMS Student Books

There is no required summer reading at RMS. However, did you know that in the summer following third grade, students often lose nearly 20% of their school-year gains in reading? By the summer after seventh grade, students lose on average 36% of their school-year gains in reading. In other words, summer learning loss increases with age through elementary and middle school. (Kuhfeld, 2018).  Please consider participating in our Summer Reading BINGO at RMS!
